Preferred Service Providers for Air Travel and Freight Forwarding
EMIA Scheme, for the provision of specialised travel services to all EMIA customers,
which include the management of travel arrangements for all components of the EMIA scheme.
However, to ensure better value for EMIA customers, competitive pricing and a broader choice of
service providers, it was decided to increase the number of service providers on the panel.
The following Preferred Service Providers should therefore, be approached from 01 October 2008 for
air travel quotes and bookings when applying for financial assistance under the EMIA scheme
(not applicable to National Pavilion participants, since these arrangements are facilitated by the
relevant National Pavilions Project Manager at the dti).

freight forwarding quotes when applying for financial assistance under
